Information We Collect In the course of providing property management and leasing services, we may collect personal information including names, telephone numbers, email addresses, mailing or residential addresses, rental application information, lease and tenancy information, payment-related information, maintenance information, and other information voluntarily provided to us. Information may be collected through rental applications, leases and other agreements, our website or online services, email, telephone, text message, in-person communications, and property management systems used in the operation of our business.
How We Use Information We use personal information as reasonably necessary to provide property management and leasing services. This may include processing rental applications, communicating regarding leasing and tenancy, scheduling showings, inspections and maintenance, coordinating repairs, providing account or payment-related information, communicating with property owners and vendors, and providing other service-related notices and updates.
Text Message Communications Individuals who choose to opt in may receive text messages from Life Cycle Property Management regarding rental inquiries, applications, showings, leases, tenancy, maintenance and repair coordination, inspections, account matters, scheduling, and other property-management-related communications. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or renting a property. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Sharing and Protection of Information Life Cycle Property Management does not sell personal information or share personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide property management services, process transactions, coordinate maintenance or repairs, comply with legal obligations, or otherwise operate our business. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent information will not be shared with anyone for purposes unrelated to providing the requested messaging service. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Data Sharing • Customer information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to provide property management services and support essential business operations. All sharing described in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent information. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
Life Cycle Property Management Messaging Terms and Conditions 1. The messaging program consists of Informational text messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. 2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs.
